What do you take us for, Minister? A rescue squad? We haven't seen anybody's living or dead. You're sure? You're absolutely sure.
SPEAKER_03Unless she's got some food on her. Then we know for sure.
SPEAKER_02God missed you. Take it up with me too, why don't you?
SPEAKER_05I don't have time for this. Briar doesn't have time for this. She's probably dying, and I'm just what am I doing?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, well, we're all missing something.
SPEAKER_02We couldn't find so much as candle wax in there. So you sure as guidance won't find anything.
SPEAKER_05I pray you're here, Bri. But at the same time Brian Yes.
SPEAKER_04What happened here? The temple's gone. Yes. It was spared from the blast, but Cyring. Well, we both had a part to play here. Ellion, you're hurt. Here, sit down on this wood slap. Let me take this. The book of guidance? The one thing I saved here. Not the only thing you've saved. I know that. Ah, Quill. Your faith is But I have to know. Was Briar here? No. She wasn't. Well, I'm gonna leave there's not a body under here. But even so, Quill. Why did you come back here? Well, the quake hit assurance and the mystified camp is out of view of assurance. No, I left the camp. Why? You had your mission.
SPEAKER_05Was it really mine? Willow actually knows how to handle the misties, and I, well, I can't even create with the mist and Briar.
SPEAKER_04Briar's mission is her own, and it seems it's not an assurance. My place is with her. Your place is to lead the hurting in this valley to the truth. Especially now. Briar's doing that in her own way. How do you know? How do you know if she's even okay or alive? Quill, you have to trust her and trust me. As she is faithful to her mission, be faithful to yours. You really can't tell me where she is if she's alive? Quill! I'm depleted, yet there's still so much to make right. So much to prepare. Will you run from this mission? Would Briar? No. No. To assurance, then. To assurance. You're coming too, right? I cannot. But Cyric has stepped up, Quill. He'll hold back nothing. If we're not prepared, if I'm not. We might as well give up now. Do you know where you're leading them? I'm afraid I do if I know you at all. I don't want to, but I know I have to. You know indeed. Here, I need you to take the book. It's a way you have truth if I'm not here. What are you saying? Lead with it only after you have led with your service to these people. Lead them where? Then lead them how. Teach and you will be taught. But what if I need you? The mist. I must leave, Quill. But your time is coming. It is coming if you'll watch for it. Never. Stop watching.
SPEAKER_02Well, minister, looks like you pulled something out of that pilot temple after all. Right.
SPEAKER_05Listen, everyone, listen. I we have a plan for you all. I know this was all you had. It was our home. But it's time to leave. We need to finally clear out of what's left here, and I need you all to spread the word.
SPEAKER_02And just where are we going from here? If we can go anywhere.
SPEAKER_05The quake only destroyed assurance, Mrs. Yero. The rest of the valley is stable enough for us to live until we move on. And where exactly will he have us move on? We're going to the haven of the mystified.
SPEAKER_00You're kidding.
SPEAKER_02I'd sooner go to salvation.
SPEAKER_05I know, I know. Just a day ago, I would have said the same thing. But if Elion could give us a chance, I think we can give the Mysties a chance too.
SPEAKER_02Not another train. I couldn't stay and go down with the rest of the city of all the two major stones.
SPEAKER_05That doesn't look like a terror train.
SPEAKER_01Greetings, a student. This train's not partaken. Like all the others. No, it's for given. Given hope. Given it back to your people. Given a chance. Just Denelli on the board.
SPEAKER_05Mr. Dellion.
SPEAKER_07Marlo Kyla. Quill. What's with some of this food, William?
SPEAKER_01Remember, there's always high ground up to it. And remember, you've got Prince Millow. An alien speed up. Expect another delivery air along.
SPEAKER_07Marlowe, who is that? Our friend, Camden. And a good friend he is. He sounded Terran. That he is. Hey, you take this. What is it? Food! Fresh from the greenhouse stores. And salvation? Well, salvation in place, but not in spirit. We have friends in Elion down there looking out for us. What are you talking about? You're a Thur Peak scholar. You know something about a remnant? A couple hundred or so. The 300? Yeah, that. They've got a rescue system down in salvation. Who would believe? Down in Salvation. Kyla, sweetheart, these people don't know grain from fruit. Would you help those ladies over there divvy the bags?
SPEAKER_05Sure thing, Dad. Wait! You went to salvation?
SPEAKER_07Observant of you. What happened, Marlowe? Rowley took Kyla. Briar's family was down there. It seemed like the perfect storm, you know. Briar went down there too? Quill. I'm sorry. What? What? Marlo is she? A lot changes in a little time these days. Is she still down there? Yes. We'll have to check with the scouts around here, and the salvation people who still have delivery transistors. There's a few appointed of those in this bunch to keep contact with Sage and company down there. I pray she's still okay. I think she will be quill. But I I can't say the same for her brother. He was killed in an accident. Main thing keeping Brian back. Healing in her own way, you know. Chef? Oh, Rye. And Rally? Not a dead in the body. But by all intents and purposes, she's gone too. Wiped her memory. Called it reconditioning. Ah, Marlowe. I'm so sorry. Kyle's handled in anything. I'll say, I almost didn't recognize her at first. Well, some changes come for the better in the end, I suppose. You know, Quill. Last time we were both here, we were waiting on another kind of train. In a full, vibrant, and angry city. So much has changed. Like I said, some changes come for the better in the end. Do they really, though? I guess we'll have to wait till the end to find out, huh? So where too, Minister. I'm ready to get out of here.
SPEAKER_05Well, if everyone else would just get out of here and get to the Misty Camp, that would be a great start.
SPEAKER_07The Misty Cat.
SPEAKER_05Just trust me on this. Willow's there now, and she's made some headway with the Misties.
SPEAKER_07She would. All right, Quill. I trust you. I'll help rally the people. How? They won't listen to me. Just trust me on this. Alright. Listen up. You've gotten some food for your supply already, but the rest of it were taken to the Misty camp. We're heading there for refuge. As Minister Styleson said, we won't be safe until we move elsewhere. If you want a supply that will actually last, you'd best come with us. I know you're hurting. Who is it? I know you've all lost something, but who hasn't? What in guidance could staying here possibly give back to you? Let's move.
SPEAKER_02Dad, there's a farm wagon stuck at the old market, but I think it's so good.
SPEAKER_07That's great, sweetheart. A couple of men. You, you, come on with me.
SPEAKER_00Willow! Willow! Damon, what's wrong? Quill?
SPEAKER_05Willow, I Willow, too tight!
SPEAKER_00Don't ever leave like that again! Okay? I'm still gonna stay a little mad at you.
SPEAKER_05Fair enough.
SPEAKER_00Quill?
SPEAKER_05Are they all from assurance, yes. They need refuge, and this was the only place we could think to come. And well, Elion gave a little nudge in this direction, too.
SPEAKER_00Is there any way Of course there is! We have a few tents down, but that's a tiny little thing we can fix faster than.
SPEAKER_06No such thing shall be done.
SPEAKER_00Why? They're not our enemies. They're hurting in so many ways.
SPEAKER_06The least we can do The Great Misting chose its path. We would do best to respect it, Wayward sister, just like you do well to respect the mist, like we do. Oh boy.
SPEAKER_00Wha are you kidding me? This has nothing to do with mist. People need help and a place to stay and heal. We have everything necessary, more than enough to help them. And we're going to.
SPEAKER_06You bring the curse of the veil upon this place with these heretics.
SPEAKER_07Listen, old man. The only curse come on this place is Cerig's smoke and our own pride. We're all paying for that last one now, and Cerig loves it. He wants us just that week, and you're only helping him.
SPEAKER_06The smoke is only mist of another name, guildsman. Besides, you and your people have laid our farmland waste enough over the years. Time you knew how it felt for yourself. Now that's too far. The veil knows whom it touches. What veil?
SPEAKER_00Enough! They're staying. They're staying here in this camp. And there's nothing you can do to stop it. No veil, no mist, just human compassion. I have chosen it.
SPEAKER_06None choose for themselves, Wayward sister. We all obey. We are Poppy.
SPEAKER_00Well, I'm Willow. And I'm not moving.
SPEAKER_03And I'm Damon. I stand with Willow.
SPEAKER_00Damon.
SPEAKER_03We've cowered long enough. I'm giving them my tent.
SPEAKER_00And mine. They can use mine too. And mine. And mine. Cowards. There's only one of those here that I can.
SPEAKER_05Willow? Guide, you're still as much part of this place as you're mystified.
SPEAKER_06Enough! I will not stand by as you idly blaspheme not only the mist, but our beloved oldest sister Coriander as well. The misting has indeed come as she knew it would. There would be cloudedness, pain, strangers. Only one place left from here. Great guide, you can't mean it is time to follow the dusky billow and go fast into that great vale. No, he can't be. Let them do what they will here. The waters of the misting will find them soon enough and care for them likewise. Come, my attendants! You do best to follow while you can, my mystified. You know better than I the call in the mist. Will you answer? Will you?
SPEAKER_00All right, everybody.
